In the precursor to this course, IAQ – Whole Living, we introduce the subject of toxic indoor air environments and present solutions to building, and furnishing, safe homes. In this follow up course, we dig deeper into the subject of indoor wellness and how it can better be achieved today. There are simple ways that healthy living can be achieved once the subject is explored.
