A day in the life of a construction project manager. Loaded with ideas to help improve a contractor’s process, this course was inspired by the requests of previous years continuing education survey feedback. The overall theme is encourage and educate contractors to give themselves a comparative advantage, through the eyes of the consumer, before any normal comparisons are made.
