This is an opportunity to discuss and explain the basics of a sales process. Sometimes simplicity is key. We can get too bogged down in all the details. A nice summary is a good place to start. Then, as the student recognizes one item may be a weak point, they can dig into that specific item to become proficient at that item. Sales is more than just giving a price to somebody, tt has multiple components. Sales is a life long learning process, but it can be simplified. There are lots of ‘gimmicks’ out there. A logical sales process is what is successful.
