Builder Members - $575

Builders are the heart and soul of the Home Builders Association of Winston Salem. Builder members are licensed general contractors directly involved in building homes. They include small-volume builders, production builders, light commercial builders and remodelers.

Associate Members - $575

Associates are the home building industry’s suppliers, service providers and product manufacturers. Joining the Home Builders Association of Winston Salem is an opportunity for Associates to network and spotlight the products and services they provide to builders and remodelers, learn more about the industry and help promote a positive economic and regulatory environment for home building and related businesses.

Affiliate Members - $100

Affiliate Memberships will not take away from any existing dependent member services, but will only add value of membership and marketing opportunities for the Affiliates.

Individuals under a HBAWS member company can be recognized as an Affiliate Member to gain added exposure. They will receive our weekly eNews, special event mailings, directory listing (online and hard copy), in addition to being recognized as a member by NCHBA and NAHB.
