Course will enable general contractors, superintendents,project managers, and trade contractors to: know the steps to take when an emergency occurs on the jobsite, checklist for the jobsite to follow to assess the scene and injured party while waiting for EMS, learn what items should be in their First Aid kit and how to use them, acquire skills and confidence to perform basic first aid for the most common medical crises and jobsite injuries, medical ( heat/cardiac events, stroke, seizure, anaphylactic shock, heat exhaustion/stroke, unconciousness, overdose), trauma ( deep cuts/degloving/amputations, impalement/stab injuries, fractures, broken bones, electrocutions, burns fire and chemical, falls, crushing injuries)participants in the in person courses will have hand-on experience providing help, walk away with a full customizable policy and procedures manual for the jobsite
