Course will enable general contractors, superintendents, project managers, and trade contractors to: better manage communication between themselves, trades contractors, and customers/homeowners, understand their own communication tendencies, Recognize patterns of communication in others, know where those patterns intersect/diverge. With these tools, the student will be able to ensure that projects will be done with quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction, in addition to better relationships with their trade partners and customers.
