Course will enable general contractors, superintendents,project managers, and trade contractors to: understand the impact stress has on the body and ways to reduce stress on the jobsite, recognize how mental health conditions affect the worksite ( statistics, signs, and symptoms) understand how suicide and substance use stem from MH conditions, understand opiods (types, effects, signs, and symptoms of use) know what Naloxone/Narcan is and how to administer, understand what language is helpful/not helpful, know how to make a difference with employees and trade partners, walk away with tools to implement in thier business including multiple guides, toolbox talks, posters (English and Spanish), and sets of policy templates.
